Better support for PKCS#12 files

Personal Desktop Client can now handle wider range of P12 files.

Disable token administration menu entries

It is now possible to disable token administration (CertMover exclusions and minidriver registration) menu entries, see AllowCertMoverMgmt and AllowMDReg configuration options.

P12 mount points tokens inconsistency

Soft tokens based on P12 mount points could contain multiple copies of private key objects and miss encrypted certificates and public keys.


Unreadable texts with dark mode on macOS

Some texts in the Personal Desktop Client GUI for macOS were unreadable when using dark mode system appearance.


Minidriver registration from GUI

Explicit card minidriver registration would set incorrect library paths when done from the Personal Desktop Client GUI.

Important notes on this release


  • The browse dialog for soft token import does not work on macOS Catalina. Instead, manually enter the full path to the soft token and click Import. For more information, see Personal Desktop Client user's guide.
  • Windows 7 is supported only under extended contract. Contact Nexus for further information.
