A self-service user wants to remove a request.

Prerequisites
- The request must be in state "requested"
Step-by-step instruction for the self-service user
Log in to Smart ID Self-Service
- Log in to Smart ID Self-Service with your user account.
Abort request
In Smart ID Self-Service, select Requests>My requests to see the request in the list.
- Select the request that you want to abort.
- Click Possible actions and select Abort request.
Cancel the process
To cancel the process:
- Click Cancel to close the process.
- Click Next to proceed with the process.
