Use case scenario
An operator wants to reactivate an inactive mobile ID for a user.
This article describes how an operator reactivates an inactive mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package in Smart ID Identity Manager. The Reactivate Mobile ID use case is called automatically if a user gets reactivated. See, for example, Reactivate user. But it can be also used to just set the mobile ID to active.
This use case is disabled by default.

- The mobile ID is in state "inactive"
Enable the Reactivate Mobile ID use case
- Log in to Identity Manager Admin with your admin user.
- Go to Home > Cards.
- Select and edit Mobile ID.
- Select the Active tab.
- In Additional Commands, click New (the pen symbol) to add a row.
- In Additional Commands, select Reactivate Mobile ID to add it to the Process list.
- Click Save.

Log in to Identity Manager Operator
- Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
Reactivate mobile ID
- In the Quick search drop-down list, select Mobile ID.
- Select Mobile ID from the drop-down list and search for and select an inactive mobile ID.
- Click Reactivate Mobile ID under "What do you want to do".
Click Next to reactivate the mobile ID.
