Edit photo (self-service user)

Use case scenario

A self-service user wants to add or edit a photo.

 This article describes how you as a self-service user add or change a photo in Smart ID Self-Service. Read more here: Smart ID Workforce use cases.

Prerequisites
  • The user must be in state "active"

Step-by-step instruction for the self-service user

Log in to Smart ID Self-Service
  1. Log in to Smart ID Self-Service with your user account.
Edit photo
  1. In Smart ID Self-Service, Select Edit photo.
  2. Click the photo (or drag and drop) to upload a new photo. 
  3. Click Edit (the pen) to adjust the size of the photo.
  4. Click Next when you are done with your changes.

To cancel the process:

  • Click Cancel to close the process.
  • Click Next to proceed with the process.

About the options

The options are configured by the administrator via a script in Identity Manager Admin and can be used by the operator and self-service user.

The script already exists with default values, so you only need to change the values as needed, not create the script.
