Minor release to correct bugs regarding search configurations and some minor translation improvements. Download the packages from Nexus Support portal.

Description

ZIP-716

No mail was sent when submitting that a user has forgot its password in the Smart ID Self-Service login screen. This has been fixed.

The password policy has been adapted since the change password process password policy accepted easy passwords in earlier versions.

When deactivating a user, the list of reasons were showing both Activation and Deactivation Reasons. This has been fixed.

There was an issue with search configurations that occurred when uploading the configuration to Identity Manager. This has been fixed.

Release note Smart ID Workforce use cases 22.10-20221221

Release date: 2022-12-21

Introduction

In this release, new packages for external card production for cards and temporary cards are added. Supported external card production site is GO Cards V1. This release also includes a complete life cycle management package of temporary cards. Updates and bugs are corrected in all packages.

Name change for Simple Search and Extended Search

Name change where Simple Search is called Quick Search, and Extended Search is called Search. Identity Manager will show an error if uploading an older package to Smart ID Identity Manager 22.10.

Batchsyncjob has been renamed to Scheduled Jobs

Batchsyncjob has been renamed to Scheduled Jobs from Smart ID Identity Manager 22.10. Renaming in all packages is done to make sure that Batchsyncjobs are shown correctly.

Small adjustments and cleaning in all packages.

  • Modified Activate card to check production type and run sub-process if GO Cards V1 is used to initialize card

  • Removed "admin" from process usertask permissions

  • Changed encoding blockCount to default 3 in the Cards package

  • Cleanup of certificate templates in the Cards and Temporary cards packages

  • Modified all certificate templates to match same certificate template names, default CA name and field mappings for all packages.

Virtual Smart Card

In enrolment of Virtual Smart Card, the user could click Cancel in the middle of the process and the process would be canceled, but certificates could have been issued and still be valid. When the user now clicks Cancel, the Virtual Smart Card checks if any certificates has been issued, and revokes them if they exist.

When creating a user, the email address was truncated if it was too long in the password letter. This has been fixed.
