Use case scenario
An operator wants to reactivate a card for a user.
This article describes how an operator reactivates a card for a user in the Cards package in Smart ID Identity Manager.
The card is activated again.
PrerequisitesPrerequisites The card is deactivated The user must be in state "active"
Step-by-step instruction for the operatorLog in to Identity Manager Operator Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account. Reactivate card Go to the SEARCH page. Select Card from the drop-down menu and click Search . Select the card that you want to reactivate. The card data and user data is shown
Click Reactivate card .
To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.
Possible certificates will be reactivated. Click Next to reactivate the card.
Depending on the configuration, there can be options added to the use case, se "Options" below.
Cancel the process To cancel the process:
Click Cancel to close the process. Click Next to proceed with the process.

OptionsAbout the options The options are configured by the administrator via a script in Identity Manager Admin and can be used by the operator and self-service user.
The script already exists with default values, so you only need to change the values as needed, not create the script.
