Abort temporary card order (external production)

• The temporary card must be in state "processing".

1. Log in to Identity Manager Admin with your admin user.

2. Go to Home > Cards > Temporary card.

3. Select the Processing tab.

4. In Additional Commands, select Abort temporary card order to add it to the Process list.

5. Click Save.

1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.

1. In the SEARCH tab, select Temporary card in the drop-down list. 

2. Select state Processing in the Status drop-down list, and click Search. A list of cards with state processing appears.

3. Select the card you want to abort and click Abort temporary card order.

   To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.

4. Click Next to finish. The card will now be in state aborted. 

To cancel the process:

• Click Cancel to close the process.

• Click Next to proceed with the process.
