Step-by-step instruction for the administrator

Log in to Identity Manager Admin
  1. Log in to Identity Manager Admin as Administrator.
Manage the option to decide how to recover encryption certificates
  1. In Identity Manager Admin, go to Home > Scripts.
  2. Select the script MobileIDScriptOptions.
  3. In the script, go to the MobileIDOptionsDisplayEncryptionCertificatesForm variable, see the example. By default it is set to false, which means that the three latest encryption certificates are recovered automatically in the background.
  4. Example:

    /*
    Defines if a form should be displayed to manually select encryption certificates for recovery or if the latest three encryption certificates should be recovered automatically in the background:
     * true - Display form
     * false(default) - Recover latest three encryption certificates
    */
    MobileIDOptionDisplayEncryptionCertificatesForm = false

  5. If you instead want to select certificates manually, set MobileIDOptionsDisplayEncryptionCertificatesForm to true.
  6. Click Save in the upper left corner to save the updated script (or exit without saving if there are no updates).
