Updated JDK version to Adoptium Temurin 21

The Adoptium Temurin JDK is updated from version 17.0.13-11 to 21.0.4-7.

Removed unnecessary libraries and binaries

Removed libraries and binaries that are not required for CF-Server. Focused on hardening the image and reducing the image size.
