Main new features

Rest API extended to enable issuance of Attribute Certificates

The new endpoint is used to issue attribute certificates from a PKCS#10 request and returns the result as PKCS#7. See also Certificate Manager (CM) REST API.

Changed functionality

Fixed Intune Revocation convert to serial number issue

The data retrieved from Intune did not conform to the expectation of the serial number being in decimal format. This issue has been resolved.
